How do I order from your website?

Go to the Storefront section of the website to reach the secure ordering forms. If you prefer to do business the old fashioned way, please send me an email with your contact information and best time to contact you. I'll call to get your credit card information.

How do you ship my purchase?

We used to prefer UPS shipment, but Fed Ex Ground and DHL have been pretty good lately. Being consumers ourselves, we are tired of high shipping and handling charges! You are charged only the actual cost of shipping and packaging for everything except the largest Steelhead Fabrications creations, which are shipped by the most economical means possible. Due to shipping rate increases, this policy might be changing, but for now is what we are doing. You will be billed only for the actual cost of the heavy shipments. Large, especially long pieces require crating or special art boxes and they tend to be more expensive, but rest assured, you will only be charged the actual cost.

Who is the artist?

My name is John Hicks. Everything you see is my creation and I am the only one working on the piece, with the exception of the final powder coat finish performed by my friends at Northwest Powder Coatings. See more about me and my motivations in the About Us page of the website.

What is the Steelhead Fabrications Return Policy?

We'll refund your online purchase if you: -Return the merchandise in its original condition. -Include your receipt (packing slip) and completed returns form. -Return within 30 days of delivery date. Please Note: We cannot accept functional sculpture or ornamental pieces after they have been installed outside. I have been blessed in so many ways and helped by many people I have never even met. This is my way in giving back to the community. It's my hope to make it even more than 5% of my revenue! I have been able to return at least 15% for the last 4 years...
