....or is it a gob of geckos? a lump of lizards? These were created for the children of the neighborhood when they poke their heads in the shop. My Grandfather used to make the perfect size horseshoe nail rings for all of the grandkids and anyone else so fortunate to stop by....I am not as talented as Gramps, these little critters were created!
Created for a friend in Florida, this piece is not for sale, but is a celebration of the 100 years of Harley-Davidson Motorcycles being made in Wisconsin, not far from my friend (closer to a brother), Don Scheuerlein of Thiensville, WI. While he started on a Puch Moped, he's hoping to grow up into a real bike!
Branding Irons for use on the range, in the boardroom, on your favorite steak or Boca Burger are now available. Every one is custom made to your specifications. Bold patterns work best. Now is the time to relive the history of your forefathers and raise a ruckus around the neighborhood. The brand pictured is constructed from 3/8" thick steel and is over 34" long.....just like the cowboys use. Average cost is $80-100 each. Comes with hand-forged handle. Email (or snail-mail) us with your needs.
Created for my friend Ken Chaput, this unusual piece helped to tie in the organic leaf motif found throughout his house. This was developed under tight specifications including a rounded edge to protect his grandkid's noggins and strength. I have seldom been accused of making things too lightweight!
Created for an apple "rancher" in Wenatchee, WA to sear the huge steaks they break out to celebrate the end of the harvest. This brand is heated very hot and used to sear the emblem in the steaks....wonderful!
Koi collectors can be a wonderful and crazy bunch of folk! This large sculpture was designed to top a large gazebo next to their pond. The initial design was supposed to include a raccoon being pummeled by this trio of Koi, but the mockup looked too confused (and brutal!). A simple but striking design was decided upon. I have been told it is now gold leafed.
